SoundFlows provides curated sound healing tracks, custom mixing tools, sleep timers, and visualization experiences. Features may evolve over time as we introduce new journeys or experiments.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the experience anonymously or create an account using supported authentication providers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse, unauthorized scraping, or automated usage that degrades the service.

4. Acceptable Use

• Stream audio in a personal, non-commercial context unless you obtain a separate license.
• Do not attempt to download, redistribute, or resell the hosted audio and media assets.
• Respect other users by avoiding harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in interactive features.

5. Intellectual Property

All audio, visual, and textual content remains the property of SoundFlows or our licensed partners. You may not replicate the experience or branding without prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime, yet outages or maintenance windows may occur. We are not liable for any indirect loss resulting from downtime, delays, or data loss, but we will communicate incidents transparently.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or compromise the safety and stability of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect new features or regulatory changes. Material updates will be announced through the app or by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
